    MPPI 2024 Advocacy Conference

    Sponsor and Exhibitor Application

    September 28-29, 2024

About the Montessori Public Policy Initiative

MPPI envisions a world enriched and made equitable through widely accessible and fully implemented Montessori education. As the only organization solely focused on Montessori policy and advocacy, MPPI unites, supports, and energizes the Montessori community, driving effective policy change towards achieving the goal of all children having access to Montessori education.

    About the Conference

The 2024 MPPI Advocacy Conference will be held on September 28th and 29th at the National Conference Center just outside Washington, DC. This is the only national Montessori advocacy conference in the United States and is attended by the most influential Montessori leaders in the country. In addition, the event draws school administrators, heads of teacher education programs, and Montessori teachers and advocates from more than 30 states.

Your involvement as a sponsor of this event guarantees your exposure to these important decision makers, as well as MPPI’s growing social media following and broader network, which now includes over 1,500 individuals on their listserv and 3000 Facebook followers.

For the second year, we have a venue that will allow some exhibitor space! The exhibitor spots will be a single 6’ table. The event is in a divided large space and conference sessions will be in the front half and exhibit tables will be in the space immediately behind the session. This will allow for maximum exposure, as the attendees will enter and exit through the exhibit area.

Sponsorships and exhibitor fees will help in providing scholarships to participants with financial barriers.

Sponsors and exhibitors attending the conference have two options. They can register with the NCC (conference site) and stay overnight. The rate is $229 plus tax per night and includes dinner, breakfast and lunch. The other option is to register as a “Day Guest” for $109 per day plus tax. This fee covers parking, w-fi and lunch. PLEASE NOTE: all attendees must choose one of these options.

Complete the application and indicate "Invoice me." Do not pay until you are notified of acceptance.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided for requests made prior to 8/28/24. No refunds are possible after that date.
