2023 MPPI ADVOCACY CONFERENCE

September 30-October 1, 2023

This year we’re headed to The Bolger Center, a fantastic new venue just outside DC in Potomac, MD! It’s situated on 40 acres where you can enjoy the beauty of early fall.

REGISTRATION

  • Early bird registration is $350 through August 15th.  After that registration is $425.
  • The full conference runs from Saturday morning through Sunday lunch

  • This year we are offering our Advocacy 101 workshop virtually on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 7-9 pm ET. If you haven't attended one of the MPPI Conferences in the past, we recommend attending this informative session so you will be prepared for the more advanced content during the conference sessions Saturday and Sunday. You can register for both Advocacy 101 and the conference in one bundle if desired.

LODGING

The Bolger Center is an all-inclusive venue, so your room reservation includes:

  • Overnight accommodation
  • 3 meals per overnight (Dinner/breakfast/lunch in that order)
  • Continuous refreshment service; features morning and afternoon delectables in our refreshment hub
  • Free parking
  • Free WiFi
  • 24-hour fitness center, walking/jogging/biking trail

Room Types:

  • The standard hotel rooms are small (180 sf), single occupancy rooms with a full-size bed.
  • There are a few double rooms with 2 queen beds available on a first come first served basis. They are priced for double occupancy.
  • For a bit more, you can reserve a deluxe room, which is more like a standard hotel room size with a queen bed.

FOOD

Meals are served buffet style. All meals will have a variety of options including salad bar, grill, and a delicious variety of entrees and sides. There will always be vegetarian options.

In addition, attendees will have all day access to a snack room that has fruit, pastries, grab and go snacks like granola bars, nuts, and chocolate coated things, soda, coffee, tea etc. It’s plentiful and amazing!

  •  ***If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you can request plated meals in lieu of what is served in the buffet by completing this form. We MUST have this form by September 8, 2023.
  • If you need to purchase a meal (eg day attendees who want to stay for dinner on Saturday) you can do so on site.

TRANSPORTATION

The Bolger Center is approximately a 30-minute ride from both DCA and BWI airports.
