Registration

1. Conference Major Sponsor (one opportunity) – $2,500.00
• Recognition by conference host at the beginning of both days
• One three-minute video placement
• Two complimentary registrations**
• Logo and website link prominently displayed on conference registration page
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on MPPI Facebook page and conference communications
• Placement of sponsor provided literature or small branded item in conference bag
• Complimentary exhibitor table

**Sponsor levels that include complimentary registration(s) will have the registration portion of the conference fee waived (a $350 value per registration). Sponsors will pay MPPI directly for the lodging and food costs.
2. Keynote Sponsorship (one opportunity) – $2,000.00
• One two-minute video prior to the keynote
• Recognition by conference host at the beginning and end of keynote
• One complimentary registration**
• Logo and link prominently displayed on conference website
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on MPPI Facebook page and conference communications
• Placement of sponsor provided literature or small branded item in conference bag

3. Signature Sponsorship (three opportunities) – $1,200.00

4. Have a Drink on Us (one opportunity) – $1,000.00
• Exclusive sponsor of the Saturday dinner bar. Attendees will be thrilled to know that they get a free drink thanks to your sponsorship!
• Verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship prior to Saturday dinner
• Logo and website link displayed on conference web site
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on MPPI conference communications

5. Welcome Gift Sponsor (one opportunity) – $750.00
Support our educator advocates by providing a welcome gift to each conference attendee at check-in
• MPPI will assemble a gift bag for attendees to receive upon arrival that will include literature and/or a branded item from you in addition to some goodies for them
• Logo and website link prominently displayed on conference registration page
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on MPPI Facebook page and conference communications
6. Conference Bag Sponsor (three opportunities) – $600.00
• Your logo (monochromatic) printed on attendee tote bags along with MPPI’s

7. Supporting Sponsor – $500.00
• Verbal acknowledgement at conference

8. Advocacy 101 Sponsor – $250.00
• Verbal acknowledgement during the Advocacy 101 virtual preconference session
• Free registration for the Advocacy 101 session

***Please note that not all conference participants attend this preconference session.
9. Exhibitor (10 opportunities) – $300.00
This year's conference will be in a single large room that will be divided by a drape. Exhibit tables will be in the back half of the room and attendees will need to walk through the exhibitor section to get to the conference sessions

• Complimentary WiFi and electricity
• Complimentary Registration ($350 value. Must pay for lodging/meals)

As the experts on Montessori policy and advocacy, MPPI unites, supports, and equips the Montessori community, creating an effective advocacy voice for Montessori education. MPPI drives education policy change so that all children have access to the gifts of a Montessori education.

About the Conference

The 2023 MPPI State Advocacy Conference will be held on September 30 and October 1 at to The Bolger Center, a fantastic new venue, just outside DC in Potomac, MD! This is the only national Montessori advocacy conference in the United States and is attended by the most influential Montessori leaders in the country. In addition, the event draws school administrators, heads of teacher education programs, and Montessori teachers and advocates from more than 30 states.

Your involvement as a sponsor of this event guarantees your exposure to these important decision makers, as well as MPPI’s growing social media following and broader network, which now includes over 1,500 individuals on their listserv and 3000 Facebook followers.

Sponsorships will off-set conference costs and provide scholarships to participants with financial barriers.

Exhibitor Space:

For the first time, we have a venue that will allow some exhibitor space! The exhibitor spots will be a single 6’ table. The event is in a single large space and conference sessions will be in the front half of the room and exhibitor space will be in the back half, so attendees will walk through it when entering and exiting the room and may circulate during breaks and mealtimes as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Complete the application, but do not pay for your sponsorship until you are notified of acceptance.

Cancellation Policy: Once you have been notified that your application has been approved, you are obligated to pay for your sponsorship, whether you cancel or not.
